~Special Note:~
We have always made it a policy on review sites not to add our own comment about traveler experiences. We do use the feedback received to create new packages/offerings for our guests. We also glean valuable information from less than positive reviews. We have however, broken this policy with regard to one recent posted by a recent traveler who attempted to extort money from our business by threatening to post negative reviews across multiple review sites if we did not pay them the money they requested. We felt compelled to alert travelers to the nature of the negative post. It was an unfortunate experience as we do value visitor feedback from traveler review sites.
